Exchange Policy

1. We allow size exchange  within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags, and includes the bill.

2. School accessories like socks, belts, hair bands, and caps cannot be exchanged.

3. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size. You cannot exchange one item for another product or multiple products.

4. We are not responsible if the wrong product is returned by mistake.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email/Whatsapp/Call us with your order number and the reason for exchange.

2. We’ll arrange a pickup of the original product (if available in your area).

3.After a quality check, we’ll ship the new size to your address.

4.If pickup is not available, you may courier the product to us.

5.Exchanges will only be processed once we receive and verify the original item.

Cancellation Policy

1.You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

2.Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
